Sixth Borough Capital Management, LLC (“Sixth Borough”), is a multi-stage, event-driven, alternative investment manager. We utilize a fundamental and value-oriented approach to investing, primarily focused on small and mid-cap private and public equities. Our mandate is unconstrained and fully opportunistic, allowing great latitude in our investment universe - spanning multiple sectors, stages of development, and geographies. We pride ourselves on contrarian thought, high levels of conviction, and an enduring investment process bound by exceptional levels of discipline and risk management. President/CEO and Chairman
Robert D. Keyser, Jr., is the President/CEO and Chairman of Sixth Borough Capital Management.
Mr. Keyser is a veteran finance professional, investor and serial entrepreneur with 37+ year of total Finance work experience on both the sell-side and buy-side (M&A, Advisory, Capital Markets, Retail and Institutional Sales, Back-Office Operations, Underwriting, Syndication, General Brokerage Services, Compliance and Buy-Side investing).
Mr. Keyser currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Dawson James Securities, Inc., a full-service, Florida-based investment bank focused on emerging growth micro and small-cap private and public companies (sector expertise in Life Sciences/Healthcare, Technology, Cleantech and Consumer). In addition, Mr. Keyser is the Founder and Managing Part of Auxol Capital Markets, a Life Science/Healthcare investment fund focused on micro and small-cap public companies.
